Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by destination and usually range from 10-21 business days.
How do you ensure my records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records. Each shipment includes corrugated stiffeners and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Opened vinyl, CDs, and DVDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective. If your record has a manufacturing flaw or skip, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for most major upcoming releases. Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your copy, and orders are shipped to arrive as close to the official release date as possible.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment's progress.
