Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that media items like vinyl records are protected from bending.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping barcodes.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
